Stress test the ORB in the presence of exceptions, verifying that no resources
are leaked, all locks are released, etc.

Note: small experiments indicate that everything is OK, and several tests raise
exceptions without problems, but we need an intensive test of this features.

Nanbor is the man to talk about supporting exceptions in the ORB, maybe he
should implement a simple exception test, for example providing a modified
version of Param_Test where each method simply raises an exception instead of
doing any work.

We should definitely work on a test.  But to test all exception points
completely could be hard to achieve.

Try running the Fault test.  It produces a nice set of memory leaks. :-)
I believe that some of the leaks can be avoided.
