Build an EC example that uses all the cool features (multiple endpoints on each
process, collocated EC and Scheduling Service, Naming, etc.)

This is valid enhacement request, i will implement it as soon as we complete the
new way to preserver priorities end-to-end in TAO.

I will never have time to work on these bugs.  Returning them to the TAO support
