The handling of the Any member in DsLogAdmin::LogRecord (see 
TAO_LogRecordStore::log_record_size() in LogRecordStore.cpp) depends on the 
existence of an ACE_Message_Block* in the any to hold its value - something 
which is no longer always the case since the reimplementation of Anys over 2 
years ago.
