Naming_Service.exe spontaneously stops in 15 minutes when is started as child 
process of service.

It is a situation stable and is shown on OS Windows 2000 Server SP4.

Could you try x.4.4 which you can obtain from

You really should give us more information, just with this info we can't help
you. What is the crash you see, is there a stacktrace?
