IIOP Transport current should move to a seperate directory, example below
TransportCurrent so that we get:
tao/TransportCurrent
tao/TransportCurrent/IIOP

and then maybe in the future
tao/TransportCurrent/SHMIOP

This is an enhancement of the code structure.
