Is it possible to build EC hierarchies?
How would those hierarchies be built? Can this be an automatic process where a
channel federation builds some kind of MST to connect all the federated ECs?
Who provides the cost for the EC links?  The application? Estimated from some
measurements?
Or is this a flow problem with the demand computed from the subscriptions and
publications and other QoS information?

I'm accepting the "bugs", more like wish list entries or reminders of possible
work actually.

I will never have time to work on these bugs.  Returning them to the TAO support
pool.
