A user has reported that the SSL wrappers do not work with the WFMO Reactor.

This may no longer be an issue since non-blocking IO support in the SSL 
wrappers were fixed (i.e. bug 393).

Document this bug depends on working non-blocking IO support in the ACE SSL 
wrappers.

Fixed.

I've been able to successfully use the WFMO_Reactor for completing non-blocking 
SSL accepts/connects and SSL communication in general.
