It'd be nice if we (or someone else) could perform at least a rudimentary 
security audit on ACE and TAO.  I believe that a decent starting point would be 
to verify that ACE and TAO do not suffer from the problems detailed in the 
Secure UNIX Programming FAQ, whose URL is included in this enhancement request.
