In TAO_EC_Reactive_ConsumerControl::handle_timeout():

- The original policies are not restored if the ACE_CHECK fails.

- Policies are not destroyed if the ACE_CHECK fails.

Accepted, shouldn't be hard to fix using some Guard class.

I will never have time to work on these bugs.  Returning them to the TAO support
pool.
