After the x.5.1 release we deprecate Visual Age 5 and we can then remove also
ACE_TEMPLATES_REQUIRE_PRAGMA

ACE_TEMPLATES_REQUIRE_PRAGMA is kept in the source with manual template instantiations it should be possible to use this, but I doubt if that is used
