Did see this error when using ActiveState 64-bits Perl interpreter version 5.18.1.1800 when generation CIAO/CIAO_TAO_DAnCE.mwc on a 64bit windows system

Skipping TAO_XtResource (XtResource.mpc), it requires xt.
