Most of those types are not exception-safe in TAO.  They need to be implemented
correctly.

The relationship here is admittedly tenous, but it is hard to write correct
sequences if the underlying classes are broken.

Reassign, this one is handled in the sequenceupdate branch which will be made
public with the x.5.2 release
