On windows several of the tests listed in bin/tao_other_tests.lst fail on 
windows. These fail so hard that our windows systems hang and the only solution 
is a restart of the system. The tests that give problems in the automated test 
runs are now disabled with !Win32. We need to figure out why these tests are 
able to hang a windows system.
