This entry is just to keep track of cool improvements or ideas about the
physical layout of the RTEC (and its peers).  It is a low priority task, but
must be documented nevertheless.

- Change the name of the Filter classes to Consumer_Filter to make them
  consistent with the Supplier_Filter.
- Change the name of the "dispatching strategy" to "pushing strategy",
  i believe this is easier to explain, it is consistent with the "pulling
  strategy" and will eliminate the confusion with the other "dispatching
  strategy", i.e. how does the EC iterate over its collections.
- Move the shared components between the RTEC, COSEC and NOTSER into a separate
  directory.  The current location makes them look too "RTEC specific" and we
  want to emphasize their role as reusable components.

Carlos, with the first point, do you mean renaming TAO_EC_Filter to 
TAO_EC_Consumer_Filter? Can you maybe confirm this, then this is something I 
will do.
